Kiosked Information Systems Limited (“Kiosked”, “we”, or “us”) respects others’ intellectual property rights and has made every effort to secure appropriate clearances for all proprietary intellectual properties that Kiosked itself makes available via www.kiosked.com (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise, and whether accessed directly or indirectly via other website) and other interactive features or downloads (e.g., browsed plugins) that are accessible on or downloadable through, or related to, www.kiosked.com and owned or operated by Kiosked (the “Service”). The Service may from time to time include features and functionalities that enable its users to upload and submit photographs, text and other content and information (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”).
We contractually require that the users of the Service do not upload or submit any infringing or illegal material. However, as we have not control over our users and we do not pre-screen, select, approve or monitor the UGC, it is possible that the UGC contains infringing or illegal material.
This Policy set out the principles pursuant to which we remove UGC from the Service.
Kiosked is a provider of information society service that consist of the storage of information provided by a recipient of the Service, i.e. a hosting service provider, as meant in Directive 2000/31/EC and its national implementations. As a company domiciled in Ireland Kiosked abides by the Irish law and addresses notices regarding infringing and illegal material in accordance with this Policy and the provisions of Irish law.
Kiosked has set-up a process for a right owners and other parties to give notification to Kiosked concerning alleged infringing or illegal material in the Service. When a valid notification is received, Kiosked responds under this process by taking down the offending content. Kiosked may take reasonable steps to contact the owner of the removed material to provide an opportunity for a counter-notification to be filed. On receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question.
The notification concerning infringing or illegal material must be made in writing either by sending email at email@example.com or sending a letter to our office located at:

Please include the following information in your notice:
a) If the notification concerns claimed infringement, identification of the work(s) or other subject matter protected by intellectual property rights claimed to have been infringed and a statement of ownership to such work(s) or subject matter protected by intellectual property rights;
b) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or illegal and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
c) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number and e-mail address at which you may be contacted;
d) If the notification concerns claimed infringement, a statement that to the best of your knowledge the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the right owner, its agent or the law, and that you are either the right owner or authorized to act on behalf of the right owner;
e) Your physical or electronic signature.

If your material has been taken down as a result of a notification described above, you may respond by sending us a counter-notification as follows:
a) List the material that was removed by Kiosked, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed, all in sufficient detail;
b) Provide your name, address, telephone number, email address (if available); and
c) The reason for why the material should be restored to the Service.
d) Your physical or electronic signature.
